Returns & Refunds

Untitled Gallery Limited create your products on a print on demand basis, therefore we operate in direct accordance with the latest policies of our print suppliers, their affiliates and in line with their policy we do not offer returns. As Untitled Gallery Limited facilitate commission free sales on behalf of its Artists, no refunds or returns are offered directly.  In the event of an issue or dispute Untitled Gallery Limited would be happy to liaise with the suppliers and relevant Artist on your behalf. Returns or exchanges are not supported if a customer orders a wrong size, colour, or simply doesn’t want or like the product. However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like manufacturing error, printing issues and such. In case we will require satisfactory evidence and a replacement order would be arranged. In this instance there would be no need to send the original order back to us. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 working days after the product has been received. Untitled Gallery Limited are not liable for any loses or damages as a result of this or any other process.

Once an order has been sent the print provider can no longer edit any details or cancel your order. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer orders the wrong size or colour, then we are not to be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible of entering accurate information as a customer so please double check all entries. 

All sent products are marked with shippers return address for your convenience. If a product is returned, it will be redirected back to them where it will be placed in temporary returns for 28 days at no cost. During this time, we will  be able to change the shipping address on your behalf, whereupon you would become responsible for the new shipping costs. All unclaimed returns will go to charity. Our print providers don’t have inventory space to keep the unwanted items.
